Favorite Ritz-Carlton memory: “My biggest passion is my art — I’m self-taught and have been drawing since I was able to hold a pencil. I started doing digital art at age 13 and have been honing my skills ever since. I love the idea of telling stories through images. Very recently, The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay reached out to me to illustrate a card for a wedding couple — one of whom was terminally ill. Because the guest loved San Francisco I designed a card featuring the city skyline along with a portrait of the couple. I felt very honored to be able to create this special moment for their wedding day.”
Must-dos while in San Francisco: “Be sure to experience our signature cocktails in The Lounge, which are all inspired by San Francisco’s iconic neighborhoods. I’d also recommend visiting Japan Town — it’s one of my favorite areas in the city, especially if you enjoy Japanese cuisine.”
