Thanksgiving Breakfast
Start Thanksgiving early at Core, A Sonoran Grill for Breakfast. Made to order omelets, seasonally spiced breakfast pastries, and artfully created hot selections, there is something for everyone's taste.
Thanksgiving Brunch
From 11 am – 3 pm, enjoy a Thanksgiving celebration at Cayton's Restaurant situated at The Golf Club. Enjoy succulent roast turkey with all the traditional trimmings, a lavish seafood raw bar, and handcrafted seasonal sweets from our talented pastry team.
Thanksgiving Dinner
Gather around an intimate table with elevated holiday indulgences at Core, A Sonoran Grill. Allow our chefs to bring the desert to life with crafted seasonal dishes, premium aged Sonoran Beef, exquisite sweet treats and of course Confit Roast Turkey.
Second Annual Gingerbread 4x4 Display
For the second year, from November 27th – December 30th our pastry team is proud to showcase The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain Gingerbread 4x4 display; a life-size holiday display featuring a real 4x4 chassis covered in hundreds of pounds of edible candy and gingerbread.
Thanksgiving Sugar Cookie Decorating
Join us November 28th from 11 am – 2 pm as Chef Marlon and his talented team present our signature Sugar Cookie Collection—ready for you to decorate! The lineup includes Tom the Turkey and desert friends: the Barrel Cactus, Saguaro, Coyote, Javelina, and Roadrunner.
S'mores & Spiced Apple Cider
Gather under the night sky for a fireside treat! From 7 pm – 9 pm on November 28th and 29th reserve your seat around the wood burning campfire. A ranger will start the fire, setting the stage for a warm, memorable evening beneath the stars.
Christmas Day Breakfast
Join us on Christmas Day from 7 am – 11 am in CORE, A Sonoran Grill for an elevated buffet breakfast. Find joyful moments in our made to order omelets, seasonally spiced breakfast pastries, and artfully created selections. Plus, enjoy a visit from Mr & Mrs. Claus.
Signature Christmas Tasting Menu
Celebrate Christmas with loved ones at CORE, A Sonoran Grill. Enjoy an la carte menu or reserve a truly gastronomic experience with Chef David's artfully created degustation menu featuring his signature 'Lomo Ranch' Festive Beef Wellington. Offered Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 5:30 pm – 9 pm.

Starting at 5 pm on December 24th and 27th you have two great dining choices for your holiday celebration. Indulge in the Christmas spirit with Chef Paul & Chef Charlie's A La Carte Festive Specials at Ignite Restaurant & Lounge. If you prefer course side dining at Cayton’s Restaurant and indulge in the Christmas spirit with Chef Buddy's A La Carte Festive Specials.
On Christmas Eve and Day from 1 pm – 3 pm we invite you to come and meet our masterful gingerbread 4x4 creators. Come see first-hand what it takes to bring the magic to life and enjoy a sample of house made gingerbread cookies and spiced warm apple cider to savor the delights of the festive season.
Join us as Chef Marlon and his talented team present our signature Sugar Cookie Collection—ready for you to decorate! The lineup includes the Desert 4x4 and desert friends: the Barrel Cactus, Saguaro, Coyote, Javelina, and Roadrunner. Reservations required and space is limited.
Join executive pastry Chef Marlon, for a fun and interactive saguaro yule log decorating class. Savor the festive fun while enjoying complimentary tea, coffee and cookies. You will have your very own Saguaro Yule Log Cake to decorate and take away with you to eat with your family.
Make the evenings even more memorable with a surprise visit from an elf! Reserve an Elf tuck in on December 23rd or December 24th and our magical elves will deliver a stocking of toys in the evening and read a bedtime story.
