The Rainforest
The Rainforest combines European hydrothermal culture with Middle Eastern bathing rituals, creating a Rejuvenating sanctuary in the Arabian desert. The experience includes 16 different warm and cold temperature experience stations, each traveling one step farther in the journey to relaxation. The entire experience should be completed with relaxation on a heated lounger.
Yoga
Our team of wellness professionals offers an array of yoga engagements that are designed to be tailored to your specific needs in the art of basic to enhanced yoga sessions. These sessions are part of the Wellness Journeys, aiming to optimize personal gains. Sessions are conducted in our serene yoga studio and carefully selected locations within the Nature Reserve, promoting deeper immersion and connectivity.

The Resort offers specially curated menu items available in each of the resorts' restaurants, in-villa dining, and the in-villa mini bar to support the specified wellness journeys tailored to each guest's exacting requirements. These are curated to align with the 3 ESPA pillars and journeys that both treatments and the Wellness Journeys are designed around to enhance your natural state of Mind, Body and Skin.
Introducing Hydrafacial Treatments
The Ladies and Gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton Spa are pleased to introduce HydraFacial treatments. These treatments use groundbreaking technology to cleanse, exfoliate, and extract dead skin and impurities while moisturizing the skin.
Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
Is it safe to go on a spa break if I am pregnant or have a special medical condition?
- Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services. Kindly inform your spa therapist of any existing medical conditions.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
- A box for valuables is provided in the treatment pavilions and rooms, but we recommend that no jewelry be worn at the Spa. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Can I use a mobile phone or other electronic devices in the Spa?
- To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Al Wadi Spa, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum. Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged.
Can I smoke and consume alcohol at the spa?
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the Spa is prohibited.
What happens if I need to cancel my spa booking?
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will be imposed for a "no-show".
Can I ask for a refund?
- Treatment packages and spa pre-payment are non-refundable, non-transferable or non-exchangeable.
How can I pay my treatment?
- We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams and are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
When does the spa open?
- The Spa opens daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Thursday and Friday) and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Saturday to Wednesday). The last treatment finishes at 5 p.m. In-villa spa treatments are available at an additional charge.
