Who can guide me in choosing my treatments? 

Our spa reservation department will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatments.

When should I arrive?

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to relax in our lounges, saunas, steam rooms and Roman mineral bath.

What should I wear during my treatment?

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Before and after your treatment, robes and slippers are provided in lockers in the gentlemen’s and ladies’ lounges.

What about my jewelry and valuables?

If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items.

Should I shave before a treatment?

Shaving is recommended, but not necessary, for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?

Spa facilities, including men’s and ladies’ locker rooms, and the fitness center are accessible exclusively to guests 18 years or older. Massages are not available to guests under the age of 18. Guests 16 to 17 years old may receive a facial, fully clothed, with written consent and a parent in the room.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your relaxation. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations of packages or private parties require 24 hours’ notice unless otherwise stipulated in a signed contract.

Can I buy a Spa Day Pass?

Spa Day Passes are $65 USD for overnight guests and $100 USD for non-overnight guests and are available for purchase based on availability. Spa Day Passes provide access to the Spa facilities, including men’s and women’s locker rooms, sauna, steam rooms, co-ed soaking tub, and the fitness center. Must be 18 years or older to purchase a Spa Day Pass.

What about gratuities?

A 20% service charge will be added to the price of your service(s) for your convenience. Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with your services. 

What about payment for spa services?

We accept all major credit cards and traveler’s checks. You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments, upon request.

Are gift certificates available?

Absolutely. You may purchase gift certificates in any dollar amount, or for select services, at the spa retail shop or the Signature Shop.

What if I have special health considerations?

Please notify our spa reservation agents when booking your treatments if you have any sort of medical condition of which we should be aware of, such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, pregnancy or if you are receiving chemotherapy treatments. If you have any concerns, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

What if I am pregnant?

While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our spa reservation agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.
