Alf Leila Wa Leila
Cairo's most popular wedding ballroom, the who’s who of Egypt has celebrated their nuptials over the past half-century at our magnificently restored Alf Leila Wa Leila ballroom.The ballroom features. 924 square meters of banquet space and can accommodate up to 600 guests. For smaller celebrations, it can be divided into three rooms.
Al Qahira
From the dramatic fountain at its dedicated entrance to its spacious foyers, exquisite chandeliers, upholstered walls and unique lighting sconces, the signature Al Qahira Ballroom is the essence of elegance on a grand scale. Al Qahira is the largest ballroom in Downtown Cairo featuring 1,700 square meters and can accommodate up to 1200 guests. For smaller celebrations, it can be divided into five rooms.
Garden City
Our outdoor wedding venue is simply the one of a kind venue in Downtown Cairo as it overlooks exclusively at the Egyptian museum. The lavish gardens are designed to create an ultimate romantic wedding setup that can easily accommodate up to 1,000 guests.

When do I need to finalize my menu?
Food and beverage selections must be finalized and confirmed with your Catering Sales Manager two weeks prior to the date of your wedding at the latest.
Can the hotel provide my wedding cake?
Our creative and experienced pastry chef and dedicated pastry team will be delighted to make your dream cake come true. Should you have an image of the cake please share your idea as it will help us to match and exceed your expectations. We also have our own images
Do you provide children’s and vendor meals?
Vendor and children’s menus are customized to the needs of your event.
Do you provide a tasting of the food we select? When may I come and what is included?
We are pleased to offer a sample menu tasting for weddings with a food and beverage minimum of EGP 10,000 or more; food tasting to be arranged at least 1 month prior to the wedding.
For up to 4 guests excluding the wedding planner; any additional guest will be at extra charge.

What are the deposits and when are they due?
A 10% deposit is due upon receipt of a signed contract. Three months prior to your event, 40% of the estimated charges are due. Two months prior your event, 25% of the estimated charges are due. One month prior to your event, the last 25% of the estimated charges are due.
Do the bride and groom get a complimentary room for the wedding night?
The bride and groom will be receiving two nights complimentary stay.
Are there special room rates for wedding guests?
For family and friends of the wedding party, The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo will be happy to quote preferential rates for the night of the event. A group rate may be applicable for weddings booking more than 10 guest rooms.
