When Jennifer Tran and Luis Velazquez started their search for a wedding venue, they had one requirement. “We had this dream of a cliff overlooking the water.” As fate had it, their chosen wedding venue, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, sits on a cliff with pristine Pacific views. The moment the couple saw the site, Jennifer recalls, “I knew it was where we would get married.”
